"As a good commander we may need to sometimes humble urself so tt we're able to better communicate with the troopers. Some things u hv to show ur authority, sometimes muz be able to play n tok rubbish with them. So that they are able to click better with u guys n share their problems with u... So that means the rank that u guys wear on ur sleeves sometimes appear, sometimes disappear.. sometimes can see half, sometimes show full. But ur rank sometimes oso must show so that they will not climb over ur head. Juz like the WAYANG shows... got this mask changing thing? SOmetimes u put on a mask to show ur authority, sometimes u put on a mask to show tt u can be frens.. U know.. u hv to depend on situations lidat and put on different mask at the same time... so u muz know when to use wat kind of mask each time."
